Served as a strategic advisor to the State University of New York (SUNY) for SUNY Online, an online portfolio of stackable, affordable, high-quality Associate, Bachelor’s, and Master’s degree programs, certificates and micro-credentials across its 64 campuses in high demand career sectors such as cybersecurity, healthcare, business and engineering. Project work included assisting in the development of a business plan, cost-revenue model, change management and communications plans, as well as, providing project management and corporate partnership development services. Project work included interviews, site visits, and research of comparable organizations and national quality rankings to identify best practices and SUNY Online’s competitive positioning. Team members also assisted in financial modeling, development of corporate partnership surveys, development of operational strategies, and facilitation of campus workshops to provide input on the business plan and financial model.
